Also in the interior white is the dominant color, which was supplemented only by light gray tones. A lot of artists, musicians and actors are among our tenants, as this color scheme is a wonderful break for urban living space on the streets of Berlin, leaving the thoughts enough scope for creative design.
An idyll of peace in the middle of the big city.
Located between the airport and the main railway station, several penthouse apartments in the loft character were built on an old factory building. All are characterized by many glass fronts and several roof terraces that are accessible from all rooms. The apartment was kept in white, even the epoxy resin floor, equipped with underfloor heating.
