BUSINESS APARTMENT FOR TWO ON 35 SQM
In this project, the challenge was to turn a room of a few square meters into a business apartment for 2 people. Upon customer request, attention should be paid to a generous kitchen design.

right: solution after.
The TV was mounted on a wall panel, which was hinged to the wall. If required, it can be easily opened and closed and makes the fuse box so freely accessible, at the same time, it is not visible in everyday life.
The floating closet conceals access to the main tap.
To save space, the bathroom was set as a room divider in the middle. The big challenge was to accommodate electricity & water. In the only free living room wall the fuse box and the water connections had to be accommodated.
Our solution was a tailor made by the carpenter to hide it, to integrate a formative style element into the room and still have access to all connections at all times.
The large floor-to-ceiling window front creates a smooth transition between inside and outside.
As a result, the apartment is very bright and looks much larger than it is. At the same time it offers sufficient privacy by covering individual elements of the window and the clever positioning of selected furniture.
Fully equipped despite little space
Despite the limited space, the kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, stove and oven.
